Trauma Support is a safe and compassionate space dedicated to helping individuals heal from past traumatic experiences, whether from childhood or later in life. Meeting Fridays at 12:00 p.m., this group provides understanding, encouragement, and tools to break free from unhealthy coping patterns that may have developed as a result of trauma. Through guided discussions, shared experiences, and supportive connections, participants can work toward emotional healing, self-discovery, and personal empowerment. Facilitated by Chris Barr, Trauma Support offers a judgment-free environment where individuals can learn to process their pain, rebuild resilience, and move forward with strength and hope.
